This comprehensive four-day instructor-level course provides law enforcement officers, security professionals, and executive protection specialists with advanced training in the design, delivery, and evaluation of realistic, responsible scenario-based training. The focus is on developing decision-making, confidence, and operational competence under stress while maintaining safety, accountability, and professional training standards.
Through a concept-driven and reality-based training methodology, participants learn a systematic process for creating and running scenarios derived from real-world incidents, video evidence, and operational experience. This approach ensures that scenario training reflects the physical, mental, and emotional realities professionals face in the field.
