Professional Protectors™ Aggression Response Training (Fire/EMS)

This three-day course is designed for Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Fire, Paramedics, and medical staff, equipping them with essential communication techniques, de-escalation strategies, and effective responses to unexpected attacks. Participants will learn to maintain self-control and manage high-stress situations without escalating conflicts, using both verbal and non-verbal communication skills.

While the end-user course is one day, those who complete the full three-day program will be certified as instructors in the basic program, allowing them to teach the core Aggression Response Training curriculum within their departments.
